Dr. Siddharth Manvati, has developed novel strategies to answer the consumer-centric demands keeping in mind the environmental inhibitions. His approaches have led to the creation of the leading entities for Food-Tech and Drug Discovery. His research work focuses on the application and implementation of synthetic biology and Artificial Intelligence in association with Prof Pawan K Dhar. He has been mentoring various StartUps & Students across INDIA to bridge the gap between their Research Strategy and Market Application.

The vision of creating slaughter-free animal food has been the driving force to create India's First Lab-Grown Cell-Based Meat Company i.e: Clear Meat Pvt Ltd. His core experience of more than 10 years in Tissue Culture, iPS Cells / Stem Cells handling has helped him and his team to develop the first lab-grown chicken keema. The group has successfully filed various patents and trademarks regarding the same. The product developed helps answer the key global warming concerns and as per Dr. Siddharth may become the building blocks to reach the goal of a healthier - thriving ecosystem. The team at Clear Meat envisioned developing an ecosystem where one is eating the chicken keema/burger of the cells taken from the animal sitting just next.
